Service

Parlo is a hosted chat service. Customers create and manage chats from their account while Parlo operates the infrastructure.

Plans and limits

Plans set limits for chats, concurrent users, media storage and features. Parlo may apply reasonable controls against abuse, malicious automation, attacks and resource consumption that threatens the service.

Subscriptions

Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation prevents future renewals and the paid service normally remains available until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed through Paddle.

Downgrade and deletion

When a paid period ends, an account may return to Free. Excess chats may be paused. Deleted chats are retained for 30 days and then permanently purged unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.

Acceptable use

Illegal activity, malware, unlawful harassment, child exploitation, mass spam, third-party rights violations and attacks against the platform are prohibited. Customers are responsible for their community rules and moderation.

Availability

Parlo uses continuity and backup measures but does not guarantee absolute availability unless a separate SLA is expressly agreed.

Intellectual property

The Parlo software, interface and brand remain the property of their owner. Customers retain rights they hold in their own content.
