How do I stop trolls and spam?
You get moderation ranks, mutes, kicks and bans by account, IP and device. Anti-flood slows down anyone writing too fast and, on the Pro plan, anti-raid detects coordinated attacks and raises protection automatically.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. The chat adapts to any screen and runs in the browser, with no app to download.
Do my users need to sign up?
No. They can join as guests with a nickname. If they want to keep their name and settings, they sign up with a username and password in seconds, no email needed.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on the Pro and Business plans you can use your own domain, such as chat.yoursite.com. Parlo checks the DNS and sets up HTTPS automatically.
